Owners can register for our MGC Homeowner Portal to access your community budget, minutes, and much more. ​

For any changes/modifications to the exterior of your home you will need to submit an ARB application.

​

A pool card is $25.00 (Payments can only be made with either a check or money order). Each home is allotted one card and it should be made payable to Tranquil Hill. Homeowners can either mail their payment or come down to the local IMC Charleston Office at 1 Carriage Lane Suite C, Charleston, SC 29407.​
