The Townhomes of Kensington at Park West Association, Inc. is a community of 45 private townhomes located in the desirable Park West subdivision which continues to attract interest for people looking to move in the Mount Pleasant, SC area. Built in 2006, Kensington provides access to the many amenities offered by the Park West Master Association, Inc. including  6 miles of biking and hiking trails, 2 swimming pools, 6 tennis courts, parks, playgrounds and 59 acres of recreational facilities.
