​​The Villages of St. John's Woods, on Johns Island, is conveniently located right off of Maybank Highway but nestled within a mature landscape and surrounded by wooded lots. Consisting of 188 beautiful, lowcountry style single family homes, this community has many great amenities including walking trails, a pool and clubhouse, and an enjoyable picnic and playground area.

Please be sure to submit an ARB application, provided below, whenever you are considering exterior modifications to your home. Your ARB board works hard in reviewing these applications to ensure compliance with the Association’s governing documents.

Pole lights through the community belong to the electric company. If you see one that is out, please write down the number located on the pole and either provide to IMC Charleston for us to report OR call the electric company (contact information included to the right) and report it directly.

Pool Information

The pool is open for the summer! Access is controlled by an electronic key fob system. Please contact IMC Charleston’s office if you need a pool access fob OR a copy of the established and enforced Pool Rules. Key fobs are $25/fob and each home is allotted one key fob.

 

The pool’s pavilion can be reserved for parties. Please contact IMC Charleston for more information on this amenity.

 

Assessment Information & Online Payments

There is a small fee for credit card payments, but E-Check payments are free!

Payments are due quarterly on January, April, July and October.

Do you need a new MAILBOX? 

All mailboxes must conform to the community’s standard. Contact manager for the standards.
