​​The Villages of St. John's Woods, on Johns Island, is conveniently located right off of Maybank Highway but nestled within a mature landscape and surrounded by wooded lots. Consisting of 188 beautiful, low country style single family homes, this community has many great amenities including walking trails, a pool and clubhouse, and an enjoyable picnic and playground area.

For any changes/modifications to the exterior of your home you will need to submit an ARB application. Your ARB board works hard in reviewing these applications to ensure compliance with the Association’s governing documents.​​

POOL KEY REQUEST - A pool fob is $25.00 (Payments can only be made with either a check or money order). Each home is allotted one fob and it should be made payable to The Villages of St John's Woods. Homeowners can either mail their payment or come down to the local IMC Charleston Office at 1 Carriage Lane Suite C, Charleston, SC 29407.

POOL/GAZEBO RENTAL- Owners are permitted to reserve space at the pool's gazebo. Complete the request form found below on this page with your requested date and time and send or bring to the IMC Charleston office.

MAILBOX- All mailboxes must conform to the community’s standard. Contact manager for the standards.

NEW RESIDENTS- In order to obtain a garbage container for your home, please call the City of Charleston at 843-723-2278 to request a container be delivered.

Pole lights through the community belong to the electric company. If you see one that is out, please write down the number located on the pole and either provide to IMC Charleston OR call the electric company and report it directly.​​

There is a small fee for credit card payments, but E-Check payments are free!

Payments are due quarterly on January, April, July and October
