​The Preserve at Charleston Park is a community of 203 single family homes located off of Dorchester Road, in the back of the Charleston Park Master Association. Owners in The Preserve at Charleston Park enjoy a quiet environment surrounded by ponds and trees, and have use of the Master Association’s picnic area and playground.
