Pelican Cove in James Island, SC, is a community of 32 condominiums nestled in the oaks and pine trees on a tidal marsh. It’s conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.  There is a shared community dock for crabbing or just enjoying the beautiful natural views and wildlife along the marsh.  ​
