Marsh Pointe Homes, located on Seabrook Island, is a community of 26 private homes nestled between historic live oaks and peaceful marshlands. This quaint community provides a quiet, laid back lifestyle while also providing access to the island’s various amenities.

Owners can register for our MGC Homeowner Portal to access your community budget, minutes, and much more. 

 

A private pool is located within the community and maintained by Marsh Pointe Owners Association for its homeowners and guests. Please contact IMC Charleston with any questions or concerns regarding access.​

There is a small fee for credit card payments, but E-Check payments are free!
