For any changes/modifications to the exterior of your home you will need to submit an ARB application.

POOL KEY REQUEST - A pool card is $20.00 (Payments can only be made with either a check or money order). Each home is allotted one card and it should be made payable to Liberty Hall. Homeowners can either mail their payment or come down to the local IMC Charleston Office at 1 Carriage Lane Suite C, Charleston, SC 29407.

LARGE GROUP REQUEST FORM - Owners are permitted to reserve space for large groups. Complete the request form found below on this page with your requested date and time and send to the IMC Charleston office with your security deposit. As soon as your request is received in office, your event will be placed on the community calendar. Please note, this does not exclude other members from using the pool but will allow up to 15 guests for one household.

• Water: Contact the City of Goose Creek for questions or call 843-797-6220.

• Trash Removal: Contact the City of Goose Creek for information and schedules.
