Located in a gated community of The Parks at River’s Edge, Lakeshire is a sub-association with 82 homes. They have the pleasure of sharing with the master association amenities such as the pool, clubhouse, and tennis court.

 

Lakeshire is a separate Association within the Master Association of Park Recreational Development. When you own property in Lakeshire you belong to both Associations. Both Associations are separate and distinct and cover different aspects of life and living at The Park at Rivers Edge.

For any changes/modifications to the exterior of your home you will need to submit an ARB application.

Pool fobs and vehicle decals go through the master association Park Recreation Development.
