​​Homes of Hidden Oaks, located on Seabrook Island, is a small community of twenty-nine homes located amongst beautiful live oaks and marshlands. While benefiting from the amenities of Seabrook Island, this community provides a serene and laid back lifestyle for its residents.

​For any changes/modifications to the exterior of your home you will need to submit an ARB application for both the association and SIPOA.

There is a small fee for credit card payments, but E-Check payments are free!

Payments are due quarterly on January, April, July and October
