IMC Charleston is excited to announce that Whitney Williams has earned her CMCA Certification. The CMCA program is the only international certification program targeted exclusively toward condo and homeowner association management. To earn a CMCA designation, managers must complete a prerequisite course on community association management, passed the CMCA exam, and adhere to the standards of professional conduct. This designation also requires continuing education every two years in order to maintain an active certification.
